How to Plan Your Whole Semester in an Afternoon
Start with your syllabi
Before you do anything else, collect every syllabus for the semester in one place. Each one is a treasure map of due dates, exam weeks, and project milestones. The goal is to get every date out of your head and into a system you trust.
A plan you don't trust is just a list of things that will surprise you later.
Turn courses into assignments
In LetsBelajar, create one assignment per course unit, project, or exam. Inside each assignment, break the work into tasks:
- Read chapters 1–œ3
- Draft the outline
- Submit the first version
- Revise based on feedback
This keeps the big picture visible while still showing you the next concrete action.
Assign priorities, not just dates
Not every task deserves the same energy. Mark high-priority work so it rises to the top, and let lower-priority tasks wait until you have breathing room.

Review weekly
Spend ten minutes every Sunday looking at the week ahead. Move tasks, adjust priorities, and celebrate what you finished. A plan is only useful if you keep it current – and that's the whole point of planning your semester up front.
